The display unit simulates the production process

A) First, the automatic feeding machine (ue-sl-ad1200) automatically feeds and locates the pipe to the pipe shrinking machine sg40, and the pipe shrinking machine sg40 carries out the pier head operation,

B) After the pipe shrinking machine sg40 completes the pier head operation, the Kawasaki robot rs-010n grabs the pipe fittings to the CH50 arc punching machine for arc punching operation;

C) After the arc punching operation, the robot rs-010n grabs the pipe to the pipe bender for bending operation;

D) After the pipe bending operation is completed, the robot rs-010n grabs the pipe fittings for blanking, and then feeds them to the pipe bender to process the new pipe fittings;

E) In all stations, the robot operates with two claws, and then feeds the material to the servo equipment;

F) Cycle to achieve automatic operation.
