Introduction to system action flow:

1) Manual feeding to the feeder bin

2) The feeder ejects and separates out a single pipe fitting, and then it is unilaterally positioned after welding seam inspection

3) The XYZ truss servo motor feeding system grabs the pipe fittings to the pipe bender for feeding;

4) After the bend is finished, the cylinder blanking gripper will grab it

5) The gripper cuts the material to the bin

Repeat the above actions to form automated production.

系统动作流程简介：

1) 人工上料到上料机料箱

2) 上料机顶料、分料出单根管件，然后经焊缝检测后再单边定位

3) XYZ桁架伺服电机上料系统抓取管件至弯管机上料；

4) 弯管结束后，气缸下料抓手进行抓取

5) 抓手下料到料箱

重复以上动作，形成自动化生产。
