Main Features of Auto Line  

1) Automatic feeding machine range: 5.5-6.5 meters, double station moving 6 meters of pipe fittings, one station shrinks the pipe shrinking machine, and the second station carries out the butt bending operation of the pipe fitting head and tail of the pipe bending machine;

2) Weld detection of pipe fittings, weld detection and positioning (option) for pipe welds;

3) Model of pipe shrinking machine: ue-sg40 pipe shrinking machine. The 6-meter long pipe is sent to the pipe bending machine for pushing and bending after being shrunk by the pipe shrinking machine;

4) The pipe bender will be sawing after the continuous bending is completed;

5) 1 / 4 arc of circular pipe fittings is sawed by automatic pipe cutting machine;

6) After the automatic pipe cutting machine completes the pipe cutting, Kawasaki robot grabs the cut pipe material to unload the pipe fittings, and the special machine deburring the pipe ends;

7) After deburring, the robot will transport the pipe to the material box.

8) Main control system unit: ZD automatic feeding machine, ZD automatic pipe shrinking machine, ZD automatic pipe bending machine, ZD automatic pipe cutting machine, Kawasaki rs-010n robot, deburring special machine for general control, adaptive coordination of the unit beat!

蹦床圆弧管(圆管)机器人自动线特点：

１）自动上料机范围：5.5-6.5米，双工位移动6米管件，一工位对缩管机缩管，二工位对弯管机进行管件头尾对接推弯作业；

２）管件焊缝检测，对管件焊缝进行焊缝检测并进行定位（选件）；

３）缩管机型号：UE-SG４0缩管机，６米长管经缩管机缩管后头尾对接送至弯管机进行推弯；

４）弯管机连续推弯完成后进行锯切；

５）自动切管机进行圆弧管件的１／４圆弧进行锯切；

６）自动切管机切管完成后，川崎机器人抓取切好的管料进行卸载管件搬运去毛刺专机进行管件两头去毛刺作业；

７）去毛刺完成后，机器人将管件搬运至料箱。

８）总控系统单元：zd自动上料机、zd自动缩管机、zd自动弯管机、zd自动切管机、川崎RS－010N机器人、去毛刺专机进行总控，自适应协调各单元节拍！
