Project Case

The automatic production of Hanjie pipe bender adopts Japanese Kawasaki 50kg robot for automatic loading and unloading

It is equipped with a Suzhou Youyi robot automatic feeding machine, including weld detection function

The robot carries on the loading and unloading operation to the pipe bender

Cutting operation, transporting the bending pipe to the automatic three head servo pipe cutter for pipe cutting

In addition, the equipment is equipped with a jubilant robot to carry the pipe cutting pipe to deburring machine for deburring. Then, the robot will finish the pipe cutting to the material box

瀚捷弯管机自动化生产，选用日本川崎50kg机器人进行自动上下料

配置苏州优伊机器人自动上料机一台，包含焊缝检测功能

机器人对弯管机进行上料和下料作业

下料作业，搬运弯管完成管件至全自动三机头伺服切管机，进行切管作业

另外配置欢颜机器人将完成切管的管件搬运至去毛刺机，进行去毛刺作业，然后，欢颜机器人将完成管件下料至料箱
